Edifice

From the field to the signed report, in 30 to 45 minutes of drafting.

After every inspection visit, an engineering firm spends 2 to 4 hours writing the report: field notes, sorting photos, Word drafting, formatting.

Edifice covers the whole chain. In the field, the BETClaw mobile app guides the inspector through an AI chat, even offline. At the desk, the expert annotates photos, characterises defects and generates a Word report in the client’s template. The AI drafts the sections, the expert validates before export.

Business skillArchitecture

Baron arch.: the DPGF skill

From drawing to cost schedule in 2 seconds.

Pricing a cost schedule (DPGF) from the plans takes 20 to 40 working days per operation, and is redone at every revision. The skill reads the DWG drawing and produces the cost schedule, with the source of every line.

Checked on a case whose answer was known: 18 title blocks add up to 807 homes. The skill also noticed that drawing and cost schedule disagreed: 184 shutters priced, none drawn.

DemonstrationCAD

CADCraft: from an annotated sheet to a DWG plan

From a hand-written survey to a dimensioned 1:50 plan, ready for AutoCAD.

The start: the surveyor’s plan, not to scale, covered in hand-written dimensions, and phone photos. The end: a dimensioned 1:50 DWG plan, ready to print on A3.

Claude reads the notes and the photos, drives the CADCraft drawing software and draws. When two dimensions contradict each other, it does not decide alone: it generates a page of questions, with the photo and a plan extract as evidence. I answer, the plan is corrected.

I show it at the start of the training days I run.

A surveyor’s plan, not to scale, covered in hand-written dimensions
The start: the surveyor’s plan, annotated by hand
A dimensioned 1:50 DWG plan, produced from the annotated sheet and photos
The result: dimensioned DWG plan, 1:50 on A3

And before: energy

Before focusing on buildings, I built these two tools for the energy sector. They prove technical depth. They are no longer part of the offer.

Offshore windIn production

BlueWind Companion

The AI assistant dedicated to offshore wind development.

Developing an offshore wind farm means navigating thousands of pages: tender rules, environmental framework, grid connection. BlueWind Companion answers with one source per claim: document, page, paragraph.

Energy forecasting

EnerCast and WattCast

A machine-learning framework for energy engineering.

EnerCast handles data connectors, quality control, baseline models and experiment tracking. The expert stays in charge of the features, the model choice and the business indicators. WattCast is the demonstration: probabilistic EPEX spot price forecasting, D+1 to D+7, entirely on open data.

Want to see what it does on your own surveys?

Bring a report, a letter you write every week or a pile of tenders. Thirty minutes, on your own file.
