hal: your company’s memory. AI consults it, you keep it.
When your skills need to know your projects, your clients and your documents, they need a shared memory. hal is that memory.
Where hal stands
hal runs every day at Blue Green. It opens to other firms soon, from 1 to 100 people. Contact us to find out more.
Everything your company knows, in one place at last
The client, where the project stands, what was said on the last call: hal keeps it for you, and the assistant finds it without you having to say it again.
- Shared drive
- NAS
- Calendars
- Call recordings
- Someone’s head
Meet hal
A memory that belongs to you, that any AI assistant can read and complete with your approval.
The context
hal keeps a record for every client, project, paper and call, with a link to the document. The files themselves stay in your drive: the AI assistant reads them where they are, without copying them elsewhere.
The procedure
Skills like “prep my meeting”, “file this paper”, “where does this project stand?”, written once, replayed every time.
Four pillars, the same everywhere
Relationships
Companies, contacts, conversations, deals in progress.
Work
Projects, tasks, weekly sprints.
Knowledge
Calls, courses, videos: found by meaning, not by exact word.
Documents
One record per paper. The file stays with you.
Wired into your tools, nothing moves
hal sits in the middle. Your files stay where they are.
Read, drafted, attachments filed.
Calendars
One calendar per workspace.
Drive and NAS
Files do not move.
Client calls
Recordings and transcripts.
Your AI assistant
hal adds to your AI assistant as a connector, the same way as your Gmail or your Drive. You keep the assistant you already have.
Rent the intelligence. Own the memory.
The intelligence
The provider you choose
One model today, another tomorrow, with nothing to migrate: hal runs no model of its own.
The memory
A database you own
Hosted by Blue Green, fully exportable on request. Meaning-based search is computed by Scaleway, a French provider. Your files stay in your own drive.
To be precise: when the assistant answers, it reads the passages it is given. Your memory stays in hal; the answer itself is computed by the assistant’s provider. In practice: the question and the relevant passages go to that provider for the time of the answer, under a professional licence; your database and your files are never copied there.
Your data
Where it lives, and who can read it.
- Database hosted by Blue Green, on its own server.
- Meaning-based search computed by Scaleway, a French provider.
- Your files stay in your own drive.
- Full export of your data on request.
Two stories
A paper filed, found again three months later
You drop a quote
A PDF, in the “to file” folder.
hal reads it and files it
It extracts the amount, the dates and the validity, creates the record and files the document in your drive, linked from the record.
Three months later
You ask “which quotes expire?” and the answer comes with the link to the file.
Baron arch., from email to signature
After each email or call, a skill rereads the exchange and fills in what it can. BANT: budget, authority, need, timeline.

Do your skills need a memory? Let’s talk.
Thirty minutes to see whether hal makes sense for you. If not, a skill or a training day may be enough.
