A day can usually be scheduled within a month. With funding, allow extra time for the file.

- A paid licence from an AI provider, per participant: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot…
- A room, and everyone’s own laptop.
- One or two real files: a report, a standard letter, a call for tenders, a drawing.
And after
- A follow-up session a month later, for the practical questions.
- A level 2 for teams that want to go further.
- A custom skill, if a case justifies it.
- The materials from the day stay with you.

Where it goes, and what never goes in.
- Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Copilot (Microsoft) are services from US companies. What you enter is processed on their servers; under a professional licence: no training, GDPR data-processing agreement.
- Professional licence: your exchanges are not used to train the models.
- GDPR data-processing agreement with the provider.
- Three categories of data never entered: sensitive data, credentials and payments, trade secrets.
- Pseudonymisation as soon as possible.

The day can be covered by your OPCO, the CPF or a regional scheme. These funders require a Qualiopi-certified training body: the day is then contracted and invoiced by Mister IA, and Renaud still leads it. We point you to the right route from the first conversation.
